Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the upgrade projects of PTC-hosted PLM applications (on AWS/Azure) by performing multiple rehearsals under supervision.
- Review existing production and non-production application environments, along with peripheral components, to define the overall technical scope for assigned upgrade projects.
- Execute end-to-end PLM upgrade activities following the defined technical procedures.
- Document each executed step clearly and maintain comprehensive records of the upgrade process.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to implement change requests required for completing the upgrade process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), Engineering (BE), or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic Linux operations.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
- Familiarity with web application architecture principles.
Preferred skills:
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- Knowledge of at least one modern programming language.
- Strong understanding of PTC Windchill or any other PLM software.
