Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on the collection of overdue accounts assigned to them.
- Visit customers to negotiate overdue payments, maintain relationships, and monitor market references for assigned customers.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and third parties, such as lawyers, collection agencies, and repossession agencies.
- Identify asset deployment and monitor its movement and utilization.
- Regularly monitor account repayments, analyze causes of delinquency, and report concerns in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer disputes promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement repossession procedures for overdue assets as required.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of collection data, customer logs, and visit reports for allocated accounts.
- Upload and maintain accurate case trails within established timelines.
- Adhere strictly to compliance guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with collection agencies and their representatives, ensuring consistent follow-ups and updates.
- Update payment records in the VFS system accurately.
- Handle collections across all account buckets, including repossession processes when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduate, preferably with a B.Com or BBA degree.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and explore career opportunities in the financial services industry.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel extensively and establish strong field connections.
- Familiarity with working in a process-driven organization.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the respective state; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
