Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients, business teams, the Biz IT organization, corporate teams, and other stakeholders.
- Drive IT governance meetings with client IT and business teams.
- Proactively identify, address, and document escalations and issues to ensure timely closure.
- Conduct regular reviews for client and corporate initiatives, projects, and IT implementations across towers, including applications and products.
- Ensure zero major incidents occur due to hygiene issues within the account(s).
- Report performance metrics, dashboards, monthly updates, and issue progress to internal and client business and IT leaders as needed.
- Facilitate and enable the conduct of information security compliance audits across all account(s).
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for all accounts.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics are met as per agreed norms.
- Actively participate in non-conformance (NC) closure and risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure effective business continuity planning and delivery.
- Provide proactive communication on ongoing efforts, risks, and mitigation plans, ensuring all efforts, approvals, and communications are documented.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to enhance processes, systems, and teams, delivering an outstanding customer experience through deep-dive analysis and sustainable issue resolution.
- Possess experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Have exposure to document management processes and tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A degree from a technical university or a university of economics/business with an IT minor, along with relevant certifications.
- Professional competence in the specific field of activity as outlined in the job description.
- Strong general knowledge of the company’s industry and field of activity.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and actively support process-efficiency initiatives to deliver financial and productivity benefits to customers.
- Capability to coordinate teams effectively to achieve performance goals agreed upon with customers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Self-motivation to achieve goals, demonstrate high energy, and adapt to short delivery timelines.
- Ability to manage quality expectations and establish control points to ensure the team meets performance standards.
- Proficiency in identifying optimization and automation opportunities in processes by leveraging digital applications and systems.
- A keen curiosity and willingness to learn extensively about all areas in which the company operates.
- Expertise and intellectual agility in the field of activity, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to embrace change and exhibit tolerance for risk and ambiguity.
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage.
