Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance against plans and propose actionable improvement measures.
- Conduct benchmarking of key performance indicators (KPIs) with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB.
- Collaborate with the management team to understand and analyze financial performance drivers and identify emerging market trends.
- Develop financial models for various scenarios and analyze their potential impact on the organization.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and business information by performing reconciliations and reviewing exceptions.
- Provide insights to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Enhance productivity through automation of processes, elimination of redundancies, and coordination of information requirements.
- Execute controls within the assigned responsibilities and maintain a comprehensive audit trail for tax, internal, and external audits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA, CA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Preferred skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different countries.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
