Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AMD’s architecture specialists to enhance the design of future products.
- Apply a data-driven approach to optimize targeting efforts effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in software and hardware, particularly in algorithms and architecture.
- Design and develop innovative AMD technologies to drive product advancement.
- Participate in new ASIC and hardware bring-up activities to ensure smooth integration.
- Debug and resolve existing issues, while researching alternative, more efficient solutions to improve performance.
- Foster technical relationships with peers and external partners to strengthen collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Strong background in object-oriented programming, with preference for C/C++.
- Ability to write high-quality code, paying close attention to detail.
- Experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs.
- Experience in developing for Windows, Linux, and/or Android operating systems.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools, such as debuggers, source code control systems (GitHub), and profilers, is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
