Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of new business initiatives into the finance ecosystem.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineers to develop finance applications.
- Document end-to-end delivery processes for new applications and features in playbooks to ensure repeatability and scalability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with product teams.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify root causes and escalate issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across multiple locations and time zones.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all stages of the change program lifecycle, from initiation and design to post-implementation.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in project change management and business analysis, including exposure to both tactical and strategic solutions.
- Hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, or be in the process of attaining one.
- Exhibit strong data analysis skills, including intermediate proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write queries for data interrogation, analysis, and report design.
- Have a thorough understanding of banking IT systems, including trade and transaction processing workflows from booking to general ledger (GL) entries.
- Display the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
