Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial packages and reports, including transactional and analytical insights.
- Assist in budgeting activities and monthly financial close processes.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key business drivers to support financial decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance to global teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis as required to support financial planning and reporting.
- Maintain and update financial systems with the latest and most accurate data.
- Collaborate closely with global region teams through regular reviews, transition calls, and process documentation for all activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and applicable legal regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s in Finance from a reputed B-school (MBA/M.Com) or professional qualification as a CA/CMA preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex workloads effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Capable of presenting financial information in an understandable manner to non-financial audiences.
- Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address financial challenges.
- Skilled in reviewing processes and providing team support for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and upskill in tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Flexible to participate in early morning calls for reviews and regular transition calls with global teams.
