Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Big Data Engineering and processing, Business Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics concepts.
- Develop ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation.
- Knowledgeable in databases and data warehouse modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience in cloud-based data engineering, with a preference for GCP cloud, and familiarity with Machine Learning models.
- Skilled in building APIs for application integration.
- Experience with various frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Analyze transformation requirements and develop processes to migrate structured and unstructured data into a new physical data model.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement strategies for cleaning and preparing data for analysis, develop data imputation algorithms, and optimize the performance of big data and machine learning systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Big Data Engineering and Processing: Proficient in using the Hadoop stack, including Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, Spark, and HBase.
- ETL/ELT Development: Experience in developing ETL/ELT processes using Apache Ni-Fi.
- SQL and Databases: Strong background in SQL and working with databases.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in Python or Scala for programming.
- Data Analysis and Validation: Skilled in data analysis and validation techniques.
