Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data attributes across multiple systems and processes, ensuring data interactions and impacts are clearly identified and understood.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of documentation to build a comprehensive data library that supports process improvement initiatives.
- Perform strategic analyses to identify solutions and opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct analysis of large data sets across various attributes, both before and after migration.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of customer account hierarchy and the customer onboarding process.
- Complete assigned tasks related to business processes and reference data, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Own issue analysis and resolution, addressing short-term and long-term challenges effectively.
- Manage the manipulation of data attributes across systems and processes to develop practical data reporting solutions.
- Create comparison reports across internal systems, utilizing tools like Salesforce, AAA, and CRM to support the Data Integrity team.
- Generate management reports for tracking targets, progress, and other reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with global business partners to address data remediation activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and processes for global partners.
- Document data processes and mappings to maintain a robust repository of reference materials.
- Exhibit domain expertise in data attributes, along with their associated systems and process flows.
- Oversee data job processes and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in the English language.
- Have a solid understanding of information technology processes, data modeling principles, and requirements for development, testing, and implementation.
- Build effective relationships and partnerships to create collaborative solutions.
- Handle challenging customer situations (both internal and external) professionally and resourcefully to ensure resolution.
- Display the ability to work effectively within a team, ensuring clear communication to complete tasks successfully.
- Foster and maintain strong business relationships, partnerships, and alliances both internally, externally, and in virtual environments.
