Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on the collection of overdue accounts assigned.
- Visit customers to negotiate overdue payments, maintain strong relationships, and monitor market references for allocated customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and third parties, including lawyers, collection agencies, and repossession agencies.
- Identify the deployment of assets and track their movement and utilization.
- Regularly monitor account repayments, analyze delinquency causes, and report any concerns in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer disputes promptly and efficiently.
- Implement repossession processes for assets as required.
- Ensure the integrity of collection data and maintain accurate customer logs, including detailed visit reports for assigned accounts.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in uploading case details and payment trails.
- Adhere strictly to compliance requirements and organizational policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collection agencies and their executives to ensure effective follow-ups and updates.
- Update payment information in the VFS system.
- Handle collections across all payment buckets, including managing repossession processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a recent graduate, preferably with a degree in BCom or BBA.
- Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and explore career opportunities in the financial services industry.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and maintain strong connections in the field.
- Familiarity with working in a process-driven organization.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the state; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
