Role Description:
- As a Software Engineer I, you will:
- Write high-quality code with a strong emphasis on security, design, and maintainability.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Develop innovative solutions to address real-world challenges for clients and global needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s program with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
- Hands-on project-based experience (personal, academic, or internship) with one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with persistent data stores, including relational databases and NoSQL databases, and the use of defensive coding practices, logging, and alerts to prevent issues.
- Experience in writing automated tests to validate code correctness and ensure expected behavior.
- Proficiency with source control management systems (e.g., Git), deployment tools, and task management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with familiarity in diagnosing issues using common debugging tools and techniques such as stack traces, memory profiling, code tracing, and log analysis.
