Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Survey Operations & Analytics (SOA) team to support BCG case teams on client projects involving primary data collection (surveys).
- Engage in all elements of the primary research value chain, working with both internal case teams and external service providers.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to survey data to deliver key outputs that drive critical insights.
- Develop models, simulations, and visualizations to maximize the usability and impact of analytics outputs.
- Contribute to the team’s strategy to deliver superior value and sustained impact to clients by leveraging data-driven insights.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment, supporting BCG’s core consulting business.
- Leverage opportunities for intellectual growth through formal training programs and on-the-job learning.
- Bring unique skills and capabilities to the team while actively collaborating and contributing to project success.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in Analytics, Data Science, or Mathematics.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include Statistics/Applied Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, or Mathematics.
Experience:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in market research and data analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including data management, processing, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of additional tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, Market Sight, VBA, and SQL is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of database management and analytical tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple, geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced environment, while managing priorities, multitasking, and meeting expectations in a matrix organization.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders independently, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach, backed by a strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
