Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and consolidate month-end results, forecasts for the remainder of the year, and budgets for future years.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and provide detailed commentary on changes from prior forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, highlighting results and key drivers for senior management.
- Improve controls and streamline processes by introducing automation wherever feasible.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at driving global consistency and creating synergies across the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, with the ability to challenge and collaborate with peers effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining clarity in thought.
- Demonstrates integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
