Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Statistics to develop next-generation ML-based solutions aimed at enhancing ad recommendations and improving campaign performance through advanced optimization techniques.
- Analyze Swiggy’s extensive historical data to extract relevant insights and propose solutions for business and customer experience (CX) challenges.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers (PMs), and analysts to define detailed requirements, design technical solutions, and implement end-to-end inference systems at Swiggy’s scale.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML research, particularly in Ads Bidding Algorithms and Recommendation Systems, and apply these innovations to Swiggy’s problem domains.
- Share and present your work in internal and external forums, tailoring communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with 0-2 years of experience in industry or research labs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct complex challenges and develop solutions from first principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience in applying Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and statistical techniques to address business problems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages and tools, including Python, SQL, Spark, and TensorFlow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and deploying ML/DL models in production environments.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce and logistics domain is a significant advantage.
