Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on high-volume and low-latency performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improve Java/Spring Boot code by integrating AI/ML technologies.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with business teams to develop new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance processes for existing projects to improve efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to project timelines, task priorities, and quality standards.
- Analyze client requirements to define and achieve business objectives.
- Envision and implement system features and functionality to meet project goals.
- Define application objectives and ensure designs align with business needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions while resolving any technical issues encountered.
- Create detailed technical design documentation for development and maintenance.
- Propose and implement changes to enhance the existing Java infrastructure.
- Develop technical designs and write clean, testable, and efficient code for application development.
- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, debugging, and optimization tasks.
- Provide comprehensive documentation to support developers and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A degree in B.Tech/B.E. (any specialization), M.Tech (any specialization), or MCA in Computers with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals and data structures.
- Excellent programming and debugging skills.
- Proficiency in concurrency, parallelism, SQL, NoSQL, Java/OOP collections.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, cloud services, GitHub Copilot, and DevOps tools (added advantage).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to the latest technologies and trends in software development.
- Experience applying AI/ML technologies during coding and debugging processes.
- Knowledge of building and managing applications that handle large volumes of data with low latency requirements.
