Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain headcount details across multiple leadership teams and business units.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc updates on workforce data to stakeholders, including technical teams and management.
- Develop and manage tailored reports to address the needs of diverse technical and operational audiences.
- Lead organizational transition efforts by designing and implementing department structures, coordinating system updates, resolving discrepancies, and creating/updating reports to reflect changes.
- Create centralized dashboards to enhance visibility into space utilization and workforce details.
- Enhance skills in reporting and visualization tools to improve data analysis and presentation capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze workforce changes to provide actionable insights for leadership planning and decision-making.
- Reconcile workforce data post-transitions to ensure alignment with organizational targets and records.
- Serve as the primary contact for headcount-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Refine reporting processes continuously to align with organizational updates and changes.
- Develop and deliver end-user-facing BI and analytics products, including Tableau dashboards.
- Implement best practices and standards for reporting and analytics delivery.
- Provide thought leadership on effective and sustainable data visualization and reporting solutions.
- Advise consulting teams on data visualization and dashboarding applications and design.
- Design and implement tools for data visualization and reporting to support metrics calculation and trend analysis.
- Develop and deploy modern data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
- Explore, model, and analyze data to address critical business issues.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand business needs and translate them into data metrics and visualization requirements.
- Stay updated on current trends and technologies in data visualization.
- Provide guidance on BI and reporting strategies tailored to different audiences and use cases.
- Proactively identify risks and drive actions to mitigate issues, such as data quality concerns and process inefficiencies.
- Conduct analysis, design, development, and deployment of dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into compelling KPI visualizations through iterative design sessions and wireframing.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess opportunities and develop technical solutions at an enterprise level.
- Create reusable templates to address common data visualization needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance analytics, data/people analytics, program/project management, operations, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel functionalities.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Soft Skills:
