Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the systems and tools used by the HR Operations team.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR processes managed by the Employee Services (ES) team, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and maintain the employee database to ensure reliability and accessibility.
- Deliver services promptly in alignment with defined SLAs and KPIs, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accountability for maintaining data accuracy and effective data management.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and operational excellence in all HR activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Excluding Engineering Graduates), MBA Fresher
Preferred skills:
- Preference for freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning quickly and applying analytical skills to solve problems.
- Interest in HR IT tools and related technologies.
