Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to estimating risk capital and integrate results into management reports and decision-making processes.
- Assist in analyzing Citi’s financial performance as well as the financial performance of its competitors.
- Support the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes, reviewing results against plans monthly; participate in the annual budget and monthly estimation processes.
- Utilize metrics to evaluate and support proposed business decisions.
- Analyze key management review presentations for various regions and product lines.
- Participate in time-sensitive activities for client-facing Financial Planning and Analysis teams.
- Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies while safeguarding Citigroup’s reputation, clients, and assets.
- Demonstrate sound ethical judgment in behavior, conduct, and business practices, and transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education.
Preferred skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
- Proficiency in financial, analytical, and reporting tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently clear and concise.
