Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in handling invoices using SAP.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of accounting concepts.
- Display effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Show flexibility to work in any shift as required.
- Process various types of invoices, including PO invoices, non-PO invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Analyze and resolve blocked invoices promptly.
- Interact with clients or internal teams to address and resolve queries efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, including daily transaction summaries.
- Follow up to ensure pending documents are completed for payment processing.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address issues effectively.
- Be well-organized and self-motivated to manage responsibilities independently.
- Adhere to standard filing procedures to maintain accurate records.
- Pay attention to detail, maintain a professional attitude, and ensure reliability in task execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a commerce degree or MBA in Finance.
Preferred skills:
- Possess 0 to 1 year of experience in accounts payable processes.
