Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business metrics and goals, including SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, or manager’s instructions to ensure quality-compliant output.
- Contribute to project improvement initiatives and operational excellence where applicable.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders on assigned tasks, adhering to SOPs and defined SLAs.
- Proactively escalate issues or concerns that may impact core deliverables or operations to managers or stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends or patterns and recommend general patterns to be translated into rules.
- Handle sensitive issues such as adult content, religious or philosophical matters, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products with professionalism.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and perform root cause analysis when needed.
- Demonstrate familiarity with online retail (e-commerce) processes and environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
