Key Responsibilities:
- Review alerts and cases from Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) perspectives.
- Address customer appeals and escalations related to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, providing appropriate assistance to ensure required diligence is completed.
- Handle large volumes of incoming cases, making decisions under tight deadlines and within regulatory time frames.
- Prepare comprehensive case notes and documentation to support reviews, steps taken, recommended determinations, and outcomes.
- Gather relevant on-platform and off-platform data to provide objective information and support subjective determinations throughout the case lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying potential risks, patterns, and trends through case reviews.
- Accurately identify and escalate compliance risks and opportunities to the Compliance Leadership team.

- Possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to think critically and rationally, understanding logical connections between various data points.
- Exhibit robust problem-solving skills, emphasizing adaptability and resilience in challenging situations.
- Effectively articulate complex case patterns in a clear and concise manner.
- Gather objective information, make informed subjective determinations, and confidently defend those determinations verbally and in writing.
