Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large volumes of data and define clear strategies for analytical work related to audits.
- Provide leadership in fostering an open and inclusive work environment while collaborating with teams possessing diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Collaborate closely with onshore Audit and Analytics teams to support data profiling, data transformation, and analytics delivery.
- Extract data from multiple ERP sources by understanding and addressing data structure requirements.
- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data insights and enhance performance outcomes.
- Gain proficiency in EY’s suite of Helix tools within a short timeframe.
- Maintain a strong focus on meeting tight delivery deadlines and ensuring timely project completion.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA with a techno-functional background, or graduates/postgraduates in accounting with experience in business analytics.
- B.E./B.Tech. graduates (excluding CS and IT for Staff1), ACCA/CA (fully or partially qualified), or MBA in Finance.
- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in different time zones as required.
- High standard of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
