Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand detailed business questions, problems, or opportunities, and develop advanced analytics solutions to address them.
- Design efficient, simple, and automated processes for new and existing business functions.
- Work in an Agile environment within multi-disciplinary data and analytics teams to achieve project and Scrum outcomes.
- Deliver data and analytics expertise and solutions that provide commercial and customer value for business challenges.
- Communicate data and analytics opportunities effectively to business stakeholders, helping them select the most suitable approach to meet their needs.
- Utilize new tools, technologies, and methodologies to perform advanced analytics and deliver innovative solutions.
- Present updates to stakeholders by translating advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering work into clear, actionable insights tied to business goals.
- Gain recognition by delivering impactful insights through advanced analytics and visualization.
- Play a critical role in aligning analytics solutions with business strategy and objectives.
- Be part of a collaborative Agile team driving data-led innovation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A strong passion for data and analytics, complemented by knowledge of data architecture, key tools, and relevant coding languages.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics with the ability to simplify complex data using appropriate systems and tools.
- Good understanding of financial services, including the ability to identify broader business impacts, risks, and opportunities while making meaningful connections across key outputs and processes.
Preferred skills:
- Solid knowledge of data management principles.
- Familiarity with data engineering, data science, and decision-making disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
