Key Responsibilities:
- Own the response and resolution of customer technical issues by investigating problems, leveraging troubleshooting tools, and collaborating within and across teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead or actively participate in building knowledge-sharing communities with peers in delivery roles to foster collaboration and professional growth.
- Develop technical and professional proficiency through continuous training and readiness programs, enabling efficient resolution of customer challenges.
- Identify potential product defects and escalate them appropriately, contributing to product and process improvement initiatives for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field with 1+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT roles.
- OR 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT roles.
- OR equivalent professional experience.
Language Qualification:
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Work Experience:
- 2+ years of prior customer-facing product or technical support experience.
- Technical expertise and hands-on experience in Azure technical support or equivalent technologies.
- Experience supporting large and complex enterprise environments with 1,000+ users across geographically distributed locations.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in at least two of the following:
- Active Directory, ADFS, SSO configuration, Azure Identity Protection, Identity Management, O365 Identity, Azure MFA.
- Experience in administering Microsoft Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 Servers (3+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), ADFS, AADConnect, and Exchange Online technologies.
- Strong foundation in Active Directory Services, including Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, and Replications.
- Knowledge of PKI, authentication protocols, and troubleshooting complex scenarios within AD, Windows Networking, Replication, DFSR, Group Policy Management, and Certificate Services.
- Skills in Windows System Administration, Certificates, PKI, DNS, Networking, Virtualization, and PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of OS internals, load balancing, geo-redundancy, CDN, and VPN technologies.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Azure 533 certification.
- Additional certifications in technologies like Cisco, Unix, Security, etc.
Soft Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and effective learning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
- Exposure to cloud technologies, particularly Azure Identity Management and ADFS.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and command-line tools.
- Good-to-have experience with additional technology certifications and advanced security concepts.
