Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pricing parameters and audit operations, ensuring the accurate identification of products through continuous auditing processes.
- Collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization with a strong attention to detail to achieve process goals.
- Actively understand and incorporate Amazon’s core values into daily practices and work responsibilities.
- Maintain uninterrupted internet connectivity and a professional, “work-like” environment at the home location to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Demonstrate technical aptitude and proficiency with online tools and research, showcasing internet savviness and the ability to adapt to remote work requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and execute tasks with high judgment and accuracy as per defined guidelines.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Analyze issues by “diving deep,” identifying root causes, and collaborating with team members or managers to develop and implement solutions.
- Operate effectively using a desktop or laptop with proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office tools.
- Ensure a quiet home environment, free from background noise, to maintain focus and productivity while working.
- Navigate multiple browsers, tabs, and windows efficiently to complete tasks.
- Maintain a high-speed internet connection (10 Mbps or higher, with at least 100 GB data) from a reliable provider; mobile internet does not qualify.
- Ensure a reliable phone carrier to remain reachable at all times.
- Have access to a dependable power backup to support uninterrupted work.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Basic statistical knowledge, including understanding averages, trends, outliers, and charting, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SQL and Macros is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in online retail operations or similar fields is a plus.
