Key Responsibilities:
- Support the bank’s customer advocacy goals by understanding internal and external technology needs, analyzing, refining, and documenting them in a clear, accessible format for all stakeholders.
- Assist team members in articulating ideas and requirements using formats such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations.
- Take ownership of team outcomes related to the identification and delivery of systems, solutions, and features.
- Develop business requirements to inform future-state designs and support teams in understanding these requirements in alignment with the overall strategy.
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles and translating them from business operations, objectives, or external requirements.
- Engage with customers, key stakeholders, third parties, and the team to gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in financial and business analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex technology requirements and translate them into meaningful user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in backlog management, including the ability to manage, refine, and prioritize a product backlog.
- Understanding of application programming interfaces (APIs) and related systems and concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both peers and management-level colleagues.
