Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through direct selling (market visits) and by enhancing the distribution network.
- Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
- Analyze and utilize Management Information System (MIS) reports to identify gaps and opportunities for improving execution and performance within the assigned region.
- Negotiate with distributors and train their teams in customer management to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position and gather market feedback for the branch office.
- Identify strategies to improve competitive positioning in the market by enhancing customer service.
- Regularly monitor the performance of the distributor and their sales team, addressing any infrastructure gaps as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-time graduation is required.
Preferred skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales.
- Proficient in Return on Investment (ROI) calculations and distributor (RS) management.
- Skilled in RS appointments and sales planning.
- Experienced in conducting and executing promotional activities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language are preferred.
