Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Lead the development and refinement of People Team policies, with a strong emphasis on statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
Operations:
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and PF operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Develop plans to enhance daily operations, incorporating insights from employee feedback and industry best practices.
- Manage and optimize HR tools to streamline processes and ensure effective utilization.
- Coordinate employee National Pension System (NPS) accounts, managing linking processes for seamless benefit access.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, providing a positive experience for both new hires and departing employees.
- Assist in developing and maintaining compensation philosophies, benchmarking, and salary range structures.
- Manage various aspects of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), including initial grants, VESOP, SESOP, ESPP, and top-up programs.
- Contribute to policy development and enforcement, such as the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Organize and manage remote working initiatives related to festivals, engagement activities, updates, and employee queries.
- Support continuous learning opportunities through programs and platforms to foster employee growth and development.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with auditors to facilitate seamless audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners, particularly for insurance, to ensure efficient and effective services for employees.
- Manage and track employee Full and Final (FnF) processing and payments post-exit.
- Conduct and analyze surveys, such as eNPS, quarterly surveys, and People Partnering feedback, to gauge employee sentiment and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate performance reviews, calibration, and appraisals in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects to align People Operations with broader business goals, enhancing strategic impact.
Analytics:
- Design and maintain People Analytics to deliver meaningful insights to business leaders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of strong performance and results in previous roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative human resource solutions within complex and evolving business environments.
- Advanced data-oriented mindset, experienced in preparing, maintaining, and presenting comprehensive HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, compliance management, PF, company audits, and insurance administration.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with impeccable follow-through on tasks and commitments.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software.
- Skilled in managing Payroll and PF vendors to ensure accurate processing and compliance.
- Committed to maintaining rigorous audit standards and regulatory compliance.
- Experienced in facilitating feedback and development programs, incorporating peer perspectives and regular check-ins to foster a feedback-rich culture.
- Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks for strategic problem-solving.
- Proven adaptability and success in high-intensity, fast-paced environments, demonstrating resilience to unexpected changes and challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey complex information both in written and verbal formats to diverse audiences.
