Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and design business processes aligned with industry best practices.
- Develop business capability maps and create roadmaps for strategic alignment.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
- Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain a product backlog with user stories to outline development efforts for upcoming sprints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across various clouds, including Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are advantageous.
- Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is preferred.
