Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with non-technical queries.
- Ensure timely and ongoing communication with customers regarding the status of their requests, while identifying opportunities to add value during all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails related to customer service inquiries, ensuring adherence to set SLAs.
