Key Responsibilities:
- Receive coaching and mentoring to support the completion of assignments and enhance learning and skill development.
- Complete internal projects focused on delivering customer outcomes and identifying opportunities for business improvements.
- Learn and utilize internal software to effectively complete projects and assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns, providing opportunities to interact and network with global business leaders.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure compliance is consistently maintained.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a related STEM or business field.
- Maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher out of 4.0, or the equivalent grading standard in your country.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
- Willing and able to relocate for the duration of the internship, based on location requirements.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or future time restrictions.
