Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application teams and source systems across business areas to strategically source data.
- Conduct data analysis and present findings in a user-friendly manner.
- Manage, associate, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to identify potential issues or gaps in business controls.
- Engage with subject matter experts to identify and analyze data elements, report findings, and propose enhancements for CT&A coverage.
- Proactively generate ideas and innovate using advanced data analytics techniques.
- Support the business’s strategy, plans, and values, contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Take responsibility for career development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance personal capabilities and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Ability to engage with subject matter experts to identify and analyze data elements, report findings, and suggest improvements for CT&A coverage.
- Knowledge of structured and unstructured data, data visualization, data management, data quality assurance, and data logic.
- Understanding of compliance laws, regulations, risk typologies, and related measurement or analytics.
- Proficiency in Big Data technologies, Python, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and analytics is a plus.
- Experience in Control Testing & Assurance, or Internal/External Audit/Surveillance is an advantage.
- Strong team player with proven ability to influence and collaborate with peers and business leaders.
- Skilled in evaluating and interpreting information to reach logical, fact-based conclusions.
