Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and effective problem resolution.
- Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
- Interrogate, interpret, and visualize large datasets to identify, support, and evaluate business opportunities and propose solutions.
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Conduct and support options analysis, identifying the most suitable solutions.
- Maintain full traceability and linkage of business requirements to analytics outputs.
- Identify and drive improvements in current business processes, focusing on optimal outcomes for the customer.
- Create and execute quality assurance at various project stages to validate analysis, ensure data quality, detect inconsistencies, and resolve them as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to influence through audience-specific communications.
- Competence in core technical skills relevant to the role.
Preferred skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB, and Python.
- Experience with UiPath Automation Developer is preferred.
