Key Responsibilities:
- Build models supporting the entire retail credit lifecycle.
- Enhance existing algorithms and develop new proofs of concept.
- Drive meaningful product impact through robust, data-driven solutions.
- Conduct research and implement proofs of concept into data products.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to address complex data challenges consistently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).
Preferred skills:
- Experience working within a data science team in a credit institution.
- Proficiency in data science tools, including Python programming, SQL, and production tools.
- Strong foundational knowledge in probability and statistics.
- Ability to maintain a big-picture mindset to accurately diagnose problems, conduct research, and identify solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective partnership with Product Owners and business leaders.
