Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative and research tasks as part of ongoing client engagements or business development initiatives.
- Understand client requirements and adhere to KPMG processes.
- Develop familiarity with KPMG’s Administration Services and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive successful Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Gain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)-driven administrative products and solutions.
- Enhance client insights by analyzing activity trends and client feedback.
- Assist work allocators in closing tasks within agreed turnaround times through efficient processing and ownership.
- Support team performance and client experience improvements through process excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with managers and senior staff to maintain consistency and quality in team support, while establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Integrate with the onshore team and actively contribute ideas in monthly meetings or conference calls.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate degree.
- 0–1 years of experience.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent narrative writing and analytical abilities.
- Capability to multitask and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Experience in managing challenging client interactions or situations through effective, personalized communication.
