Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engagement leadership in developing and proposing business strategies through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Design and develop business cases for new opportunity assessments to support objective decision-making.
- Create detailed design components for future state operating models, including organization structure, processes, and technology.
- Develop an end-to-end technology blueprint and implementation roadmap for the proposed operating model.
- Support clients with technology implementation, adoption, transition, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Conduct maturity assessments of operating models and plan for technology evolution.
- Perform gap analysis and apply optimization frameworks to drive continuous improvement within the client organization.
- Define mechanisms and approaches for innovation strategy development, deployment roadmaps, and future-fit technology enablement.
