Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., project managers, technical leads) to define user requirements for features and incorporate continuous feedback loops to measure customer value.
- Design Contribution: Participate in the architectural planning of product features, testing design hypotheses, and assisting in code plan refinement under technical guidance. Contribute to design documents for simple designs or user stories, help determine appropriate technologies, and outline interactions.
- Coding: Learn to write, implement, and reuse code for products, services, or features. Develop code that is extensible, maintainable, and aligned with best practices in diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implementation: Assist in reviewing and breaking down work items into tasks, providing time estimates, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to deepen understanding of product features.
- Reliability and Supportability: Participate in live service operations on a rotational, on-call basis. Identify solutions to issues affecting performance or functionality and propose mitigations to enhance Live Site service quality.
- Engineering Excellence: Continuously update knowledge to enhance the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products. Support consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
- Cultural Values: Actively embody and promote company culture and values in all aspects of work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with proven experience in coding using languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
