Key Responsibilities:
- Translate solution designs into clear requirements (user stories) with well-defined acceptance criteria, ensuring quality, consistency, ease of use, and alignment with overall design principles.
- Regularly engage with the technical and QA teams to discuss and align on project progress.
- Support the technical and QA teams to adhere to the agreed roadmap and priorities, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Validate enhancements and resolved defects from both functional and data accuracy perspectives.
- Review and assist in remediating defects using ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Collaborate closely with the QA team, adhering to defined validation criteria and activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support internal and external User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Research & Development Analytics (R&DA).
- Maintain relevant supporting tools, such as HMT, Phasing Tools, and Hierarchies.
- Work alongside more senior Business Analysts to develop skills and improve processes.
- Review and learn from the solutions of other product line teams to ensure consistency and usability across projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate between functional and technical discussions.
- Basic understanding of EY’s financial business rules, key performance indicators (KPIs), and source systems (e.g., Mercury, P&B).
- Some experience in documenting requirements.
- Ability to perform data and root cause analysis.
- Interest in technical solutions and data analysis, with preferable knowledge of SQL, Power BI, dimensional models, and data cubes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented, with an analytical and structured work style, emphasizing quality and consistency.
- Proficiency in English.

- Experience in a reporting and analysis role within EY is beneficial.

Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance or technical department.
- Relevant business experience within EY is beneficial.
