Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the Global Content Repository, including developing tagging systems and taxonomy structures.
- Develop and implement a global content governance process to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of Tier 0 content for all users.
- Design and manage data and metrics related to channel usage to promote Tier 0 utilization and support self-service.
- Analyze data to understand the needs of GE Vernova employees, People Leaders, and HR, with the goal of improving user experience.
- Leverage data and apply LEAN methodology to identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Global Solutions Leaders, and Service Delivery teams to align strategies and initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights through data storytelling.
- Proven experience in leveraging data to drive specific actions and achieve desired outcomes.
- High proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet (or equivalent tools).
- Solid project management skills.
- Strong influencing and communication abilities.
- Articulate, adaptable, and passionate about enhancing employee experience.
- Keeps up-to-date with new technologies and tools in the industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the HR portal, Service Cloud, and other support tools.
- Familiarity with the HR service delivery model and HR operational processes at GE.
- Understanding of content management systems and practices.
