Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a high-quality codebase, developing scalable and fault-tolerant systems and APIs that handle millions of requests efficiently.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including Scala, Kotlin, ReactJS, C#, and data platforms like Kafka and Spark, while adhering to agile development practices.
- Implement advanced CI/CD processes and testing techniques to ensure smooth operations with zero downtime, contributing to seamless deployments.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, including defining product requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, establishing coding standards, developing, testing, deploying, and continuously monitoring systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of Object-Oriented and/or Functional programming.
- Understanding of relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Availability to join the internship program for a minimum of 4 months.
Preferred Skills:
- Practical experience with programming languages such as Scala, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, or C#.
- Previous experience in developing back-end applications and services, with an understanding of basic system scaling.
- Knowledge of data platforms like MS SQL, Cassandra, or Hadoop, with an understanding that different applications have unique data requirements.
- Experience with automated CI/CD systems, a commitment to test-driven development, familiarity with clean software architectures, and a strong foundation in SOLID principles.
- Proficiency with core engineering tools such as Git for source control, TeamCity for Continuous Integration, and Puppet for deployment.
