Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Program Management:
- Develop an understanding of key business challenges and strategic priorities to identify gaps and potential opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end problem identification, solution development, and execution to deliver measurable impact.
- Define objectives based on key performance metrics and track performance, managing end-to-end execution across functions.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve business targets.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
- Work on special time-bound initiatives requiring strong first-principle thinking and functional/domain expertise.
- Perform root cause analyses for key business metrics in situations of ambiguity.
- Conduct data analysis to assess the impact of various initiatives on key business metrics (e.g., NMV, orders per DAU) and synthesize findings to inform business decisions.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Communicate and advocate key insights to relevant stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on business performance across projects to facilitate discussions and track progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Category Marketing, Business Finance) for monthly and weekly reviews.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 institute.
- B.Tech/ M.Tech in any discipline
- 0-2 years of professional work experience.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Strong bias for action and a focus on creating impactful outcomes.
- Proven track record of delivering results across various experiences.
- Ability to develop and apply first-principles thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to drive problems to solutions and identify opportunities.
