Key Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks related to business processes and reference data within agreed timelines and quality, following established procedures.
- Solve basic problems and queries as they arise.
- Gain proficiency in the company’s policies and procedures.
- Perform routine entry-level assignments.
- Manage and relay telephone and email queries efficiently.
- Handle moderately complex and multifaceted assignments within an administrative function.
- Draft sections of reports for internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Develop knowledge of and ensure all work aligns with LSEG design and content standards.
- Provide team support by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate action and decision logs.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to stay focused and work without distraction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Apply general business knowledge, gained through education, to make informed decisions.
- Have completed introductory accounting courses with a basic understanding of financial principles.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of rigor and attention to detail to prevent errors when documenting financial information.
