Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads in Workday for hire-to-retire business processes.
- Understand Workday business process configurations and perform EIB loads in accordance with configuration workbooks.
- Handle the volume of Workday EIB loads using a ticket management system, such as ServiceNow.
- Interact with requestors from various regions, including ASEAN, ANZ, MEA, Korea, the UK, and India.
