Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery of current operational processes and document them in the required formats.
- Define operational and technology requirements by collaborating with business and operations stakeholders to support change delivery and management.
- Ensure operational readiness for all changes by working closely with operations teams.
- Conduct operational and technical impact assessments to ensure alignment with the global Target Operating Model, minimizing local changes unless driven by business, regulatory, or compliance needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand existing processes and practices, aligning them with the GPS Operations Target Operating Model and payments architecture.
- Validate technology solutions to ensure they meet business and operational requirements, maintaining strict change control standards for requirements and documentation.
- Collaborate with the User Acceptance Testing, Software Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple geographies and cultures to form effective relationships and influence senior leadership.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams, and show resilience and pragmatism in challenging situations.
- Possess detailed knowledge of payments operations and technology.
- Exhibit strong expertise in business analysis and delivery processes, including requirements management for both technology and business processes, using relevant tools such as JIRA.
- Leverage extensive payments knowledge gained through years of experience, preferably in a multi-regional role.
- Adapt rapidly to new roles and become effective in a short timeframe.
- Make sound decisions and drive solutions based on those decisions, with support from the wider team.
- Be proactive and take initiative in resolving issues in a solution-driven environment.
