Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with the client to understand their requirements and validate the assets/data provided.
- Review and ensure the quality of developed and implemented retail products in Planning & Forecasting (e.g., Anaplan, O9, JDA), Merchandising (e.g., Oracle Retail, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP), POS (e.g., GKPOS, NCR), and Store solutions (e.g., Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder) to provide high-quality service offerings in the technology domain.
- Write SQL code and Excel macros/reporting to identify business problems and address challenges based on client requirements.
- Perform functional testing, A/B testing, and create segments and automation where needed.
- Resolve issues during pre/post-development stages, analyze the performance of deployed products, and generate reports and analysis to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly client calls to identify process gaps and provide inputs for solution delivery.
- Lead and guide teams in developing optimized, high-quality deliverables, ensuring continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Contribute to building efficient programs/systems to assist clients in their digital transformation journey.
- Possess knowledge of Retail and CPG business processes; technical knowledge of any COTS product is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Engineering/ B.Tech/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SQL.
- Domain knowledge in Retail/CPG is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of COTS products such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or Salesforce is an added advantage.
