Key Responsibilities for Recruiter:
- Engage stakeholders to define, build, and document hiring forecasts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations and requirements.
- Work within pre-defined recruitment processes, while assessing and identifying areas for improvement and building standard best practices to follow.
- Develop and implement new sourcing methods to generate candidate leads.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly production goals.
- Collaborate with the business head in setting weekly, quarterly, and yearly Global Delivery Center goals.
- Review, analyze, mentor, and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are met through a collaborative approach.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools to perform candidate screening.
- Ensure detailed screening and selection criteria are used to identify top talent and assess the strength of the talent pool.
- Participate in client meetings as directed by the Operations Director or Client Relationship Director to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update the status of candidates on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
Key Responsibilities for Process Associate – HR:
- Input and process employee data in the HR system to provide accurate and timely information for various HR services.
- Handle complex transactions, including review and eligibility checks.
- Run reports and perform reconciliations between multiple reports.
- Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues related to compensation administration and processes.
- Provide necessary data for internal business controls as required.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s existing standards and policies.
- Deliver services based on processed employee data to meet the requirements outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Offer solutions to issues raised by the contact center, following established policy guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA in HR preferred) with 1-2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Core HR & Issue Resolution for an International IT/ITES company.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.
- In-depth knowledge of Core HR processes (excluding recruitment) and experience working with SAP HRMS.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple diverse priorities under time pressure to meet customer and financial deadlines.
- Skilled at anticipating potential issues, reprioritizing work to meet evolving customer needs, and proactively following up on resolutions and action plans.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to think through complex issues and develop well-considered solutions to meet business needs.
- Capable of troubleshooting and implementing process changes, identifying compliance concerns with travel policy, and analyzing travel spending data for business optimization.
- Works effectively with internal customers and external suppliers, with strong influencing skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and resolve challenging customer service issues.
- High level of numeracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong team player, essential for collaborating effectively within the team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP HRMS.
- Must have a Core HR background.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
