Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that clear roles and responsibilities are defined and explore opportunities to engage with new and existing functions to learn new skills.
- Ensure stakeholders fully understand the global reference data strategy and agenda.
- Manage expectations of internal support functions by providing insight into client requirements and business development.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the front-to-back client life cycle.
- Identifying areas for improvement in daily processing and escalating these appropriately.
- Developing plans that are delivered within agreed risk, cost, and time parameters.
- Serving as the point of contact for static data queries and requests.
- Leading the development, implementation, and regular review of policies and procedures, and ensuring adequate awareness and training for colleagues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in reference data, client onboarding, or client exits.
- Strong analytical skills, with a structured and methodical approach to investigating data issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
