Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all models related to Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment in the assigned area.
- Perform system-level troubleshooting on complex, multi-symptom issues.
- Complete all administrative tasks within the designated timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) inspections, including documentation for assigned accounts.
- Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline, which may include support roles requiring specialized expertise or technical knowledge.
- Apply general business knowledge gained through education or prior experience to understand how the team’s work contributes to broader objectives.
- Resolve issues using established procedures, and consult with supervisors or senior team members for guidance on issues outside of defined parameters.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, and in customer-facing roles, build strong customer relationships, acting as the interface between the customer and GE.
- Exchange technical information, ask questions, and confirm understanding with stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum academic cut-off of 70% or above.
- No history of arrears or backlogs.
- Academic background in Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics.
Required Qualifications:
- Must complete the required training in the respective modality and models as part of the training program.
- Knowledge level equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/technical qualification with relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
