Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Integrity Due Diligence, Counterparty Due Diligence, and Senior Management Due Diligence to assist clients in assessing reputational, regulatory, and jurisdictional risks.
- Perform research using various online sources, including commercial registries and corporate databases across different countries and languages.
- Translate and summarize information from multiple languages into clear and accurate English reports.
- Leverage these skills to deliver timely, relevant, and high-quality reports to clients under strict deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Professional marketing qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm, third-party KPO, or internal research/strategy teams in key technology companies.
- Strong secondary research skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate structures, including the ability to analyze complex ownership structures, documentation, and conduct external research.
- Familiarity with OFAC and negative news screening databases such as LexisNexis, World Check, Dow Jones, and Google News, along with experience using corporate registries.
- Ability to translate and summarize information from foreign languages into clear and concise English.

- Ability to work independently with supervision and guidance from Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager.
