Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor, analyze, and follow up on agreed rates with banks and merchants, ensuring actualization of revenue and costs for each transaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of PayU’s product portfolio, payment transaction flow, and the bank/merchant commercial negotiation process to accurately translate these into revenue and cost realization.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cost/revenue management systems and technology, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing and cost management processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to set joint goals, track operational performance, and provide an actionable feedback loop.
- Conduct detailed analysis, interpret data, and make recommendations to Senior Management on critical gaps, including the implementation of appropriate controls.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.
- Proficient in handling large datasets using SQL and/or SAS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated focus on client/customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of executing complex analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to perform in a high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- High-energy individual with a proactive attitude and go-getter mindset.
- Team player who encourages knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in analytics and project execution is preferred.
